About
As the new Chief Human Resources Officer at SAX LLP, Christine brings 25+ years of executive human resource leadership focused exclusively on public accounting firms. As the East Region HR Senior Manager at Baker Tilly, Christine provided strategic leadership from HR program design and delivery to performance management, employee relations, diversity and total rewards platforms and structures.
Prior to Baker Tilly, Christine was the HR Director at Margolin, Winer & Evens for 9 years, where she transformed their HR functions, developed and implemented modern systems and procedures, and invigorated recruiting, compensation, and HR data analytics. Before joining Margolin, Winer & Evens Christine was an HR Director at PwC. In her 11 years at PwC Christine held several leadership positions including HR Director for Risk Assurance/ Products and Services, Senior Manager for the NY Hedge Fund group and a 2-year National HR Manager assignment responsible for engineering the performance management process for PwC US.
On a personal note, Christine and her family love to ski and snowboard and enjoy spending time in Vermont during the winter months.
