Dentists Have Until July 24 to Apply for the Provider Relief Fund 400 400 SAX LLP - Advisory, Audit and Accounting

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently announced it will now allow dentists and other dental providers to apply for relief from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund (Provider Relief Fund) which they were previously ineligible for.

Under the program, eligible dentists can receive reimbursement amounts equal to 2% of their annual reported patient revenue. For example, if your practice collected $1,000,000, you would be eligible for payments of $20,000 under the program. The payments are not loans, and do not have to be repaid, however you do need to agree to the terms and conditions.

You must act quickly. According to the HHS, dentists have only until July 24, 2020 to apply.
