About

Kenneth is a Partner at SAX with experience in both audit and tax disciplines. He joined SAX in the 2017 acquisition of Hunter Group LLC where he led their Tax Department. He has more than 30 years of diversified experience working with family and closely held businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar, multi-state organizations. He has guided his clients through both Trust and Estate’s planning and administration, as well as advising on Gifting strategies. Ken’s clients span a wide variety of industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and professional firms to name a few.

Ken has assisted clients in their due diligence during acquisition of their competitors, as well as preparing their business for sale. Ken has represented his clients during both Federal and state tax examinations. He now focuses on tax advisory services for his clients as well as the firm’s Family Office Practice which involves working with high net worth individuals. In this capacity, he not only assists with tax planning, wealth transfer, compliance and advisory services, but also assists with other needs such as bill payment, cash flow projections, budgets, charitable giving, financial reporting, and household employee tax compliance.

Ken has had the pleasure of lecturing at various New Jersey high schools to students with “Pay it Forward” career presentations on behalf of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He’s also participated in presentations to new employees at a major payroll company on what it means to be a Certified Public Accountant.
