About
Michael serves as Chief Operating Officer of SAX LLP and was named Partner in 2023. Michael is instrumental in setting the firm’s strategic vision by guiding the adoption and investment of new technologies into its business processes. As a member of SAX’s Innovation and IT Committees, he collaborates with staff on the firm’s digital transformation journey.
Michael began his career with SAX in 1987, gaining 20 years of experience in public accounting and servicing privately held companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He then spent 10 years as the CFO/COO in the private sector of the manufacturing and distribution industry, acquiring experience delivering products within the health and beauty segment. Michael then rejoined the team at SAX as CFO and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.
